Telemarketer

Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct out-bound telemarketing calls to contacts within given database
  •  
  • Generate and identify new sales leads
  •  
  • Serve as a resource for clients or other callers who have queries or seek information about the products and services of Exa Business Technology
  •  
  • Manage the diaries and calendars of the field sales representatives
  •  
  • Database entry using the company′s CRM
  •  
  • Maintain daily sales and productivity goals as provided by management
  •  
  • Prepare periodic sales and activity reports as required
  •  
  • Prepare and send advertising/marketing material and documentation to sales leads via Email or fax
  •  
  • Attend regular staff meetings and trainings
  •  
  • Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
  •  

Essential Skills Required

  • Excellent English skills, spoken and written

  • Must have a UK, US or AUS accent
